MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of February, 2001 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 200]-2-46 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2001 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING, THE <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2001 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2001 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING AS <br />SUI3MLTTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Scalze opened the public hearing to consider the Preliminary and Final <br />& FINAL PLAT Plat for Gilanderi Addition as well as a Variance from cul-de-sac length. <br />AS WELL AS It was noted that the Plat and Variance had been approved previously, <br />VARIANCE - but approval lapsed since the plat was not recorded within six months of <br />GILANDERI approval. The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br />ADDITION plat as well as the Variance. <br />
