MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2001 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-2-49 -DENYING THE VARIANCE FOR <br />AMOUNT OF OUTDOOR STORAGE ALLOWED IN THE I-P DISTRICT <br />FOR PROPERTYAT SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. AS REQUESTED BYMR. <br />LAWRENCE GROHOLSKI, PRECISION TREE, BASED ON THE FACT <br />THAT THERE IS NO HARDSHIP PRESENT TO WARRANT THE <br />GRANTING OF THIS VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Montour, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTIONNO. 2001-2-50 -APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE I-P <br />DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY ON SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. FOR MR. <br />LAWRENCE GROHOLSKI, PRECISION TREE, SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AND THE CITYENGINEER AS WELL AS AMENDMENT OF <br />THE SITE PLAN TO REFLECT THE INCREASE IN OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE AREA UP TO THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY CODE, AND <br />SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY REVIEW BY THE BUILDING <br />INSPECTOR TO ENSURE THAT THE BUILDING MEETS ALL <br />ORDINANCE STANDARDS INCLUDING BUILDING MATERIALS AS <br />WELL AS PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Scalze requested that 2001 Parks and Recreation Program fees be removed <br />AGENDA from the agenda pending a recommendation from the Parks & Recreation <br />Commission. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-2-S1-APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINED THE FOLLOWING: <br />
