MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 14, 2001 <br />property owners in the plat would be responsible for this outlot. If Lot 12 <br />takes control of the outlot, the City may have a more difficult time in <br />preserving its original intentions with regard to this property. Fahey agreed <br />that the best way to preserve the City's intentions would be to convey a 1/12°i <br />interest in Outlot A to each of the property owners within the plat. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-3-62 -APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO <br />THE TWIN LAKE PINES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT CHANGING <br />THE PARK CHARGE REQUIREMENT FROM CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />PATH ON VADNAIS BLVD. TO PAYMENT OF $12,200 AS REQUESTED <br />BY PRATT HOMES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THAT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-3-63 -DENYING THE PRATT HOMES <br />REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO THE TWIN I AKE PINES <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT RELATE]) TO OWNERSHIP OF <br />OUTLOT A SINCE THERE HAS BEEN NO REASON DEMONSTRATED <br />TO MODIFY THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT IN THIS REGARD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NORTHEAST Council reviewed information on the Northeast Diagonal Land Use/Transit <br />DIAGONAL Study as well as the invitation to participate in this study. The importance <br />LAND USE/ of coordinating information about this project as well as commuter rail and <br />TRANSIT the 694/Rice Street bridge project was noted. <br />STUDY <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOL UTION NO. 2001-3-64 -APPOINTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE <br />NORTHEAST DIAGONAL. LAND USE/TRANSIT STUDY COMMITTEE <br />AND COUNCIL. MEMBER SCALZE AS THE ALTERNATE <br />
