MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 25, 2001 <br />Fahey stated that he was fine with having a workshop as a first step. He again <br />stated that the City has to serve as an advocate on behalf of its residents. It <br />appears that their pleas for relief are falling on deaf ears. <br />The Administrator indicated that he will contact the Watershed to determine <br />when they are available and will bring that information to the Council at its <br />next meeting. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-4-I04 -INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO CONTACT REPRESENTATIVES OF THE <br />WATERSHED AND CITY OF MAPLEWOOD TO DETERMINE THEIR <br />AVAILABILITY FOR A WORKSHOP MEETING TO DISCUSS <br />WETLAND IMPACT ON THE SCULLEYAND ADJACENT <br />PROPERTIES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-4-705 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
