MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 27, 2001 AUDIT WORKSHOP FILL PERMIT - 131-133 TWIN LAKE BLVD. INFILTRATION The City Administrator reviewed a proposed agreement between three POND - property owners on I{eller Paii<way for an infiltration pond that would SCIIMIDT/KERB/ be installed by the City to re-establisi~ drainage patters which were recently SPL2OSTY disturbed in this area. The Administrator noted that the City is not PROPERTIES guaranteeing that installation of this pond will prevent localized flooding now or anytime in the future.
