MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 27, 2001 <br />'The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COOPERATIVE Council reviewed the proposed Cooperative Agreement with the City of <br />AGREEMENT Shoreview related to the }lice Street bridge project over 694. It was noted <br />WITI3 TIIE that the City has been asked to appoint representation to the study task <br />CITY OF force. Scalze suggested that a representative of the Parks & Recreation <br />SHOREVTEW Commission be added to the task force and that a citizen representative from <br />the Twin Lake area be included. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI,UTION NO. 2001-6-136 -APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE C/TY OI%SIIOREUZEW FOR IZIC"E STREET <br />BRIDGE PRO.IECT OVER 694, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br />AGRFEMENT ]3Y THF. MAYOR AND CITYADMINIS7RATOR, AND <br />E,APANDING THE CITY'S REPRESF.N%ATION ON THE TASK FORCE <br />TO INCLUDE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PARKS & RECREATION <br />COMMISSION AS WEL/_ AS A TWIN 1_AKE AREA RESIDF_NT <br />"I'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CObE Council reviewed the City Administrator's recommendation relative to <br />ENFORCEMENT employment agreement with the Code Enforcement Officer as outlined in <br />OFFICER'S his report dated June 22, 2001. <br />EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT Mr- LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2001-G-137-Af'PROUINGA CABAL/.OWANCE <br />FOR THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER UNDER THE TERMS <br />AND COND/TIONS OUTLINED IN TIIE CITI'ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />MEMO DATED ./UNE 22, 2007 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
