MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 25, 2001 <br />MASTERPIECE <br />I~OM.ES <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />R. J. MARCO <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />JULY 31, 2001 <br />SPECIAL <br />The City Administrator suggested that a development agreement with <br />Masterpiece Homes could also be discussed at the July 31s' special <br />meeting as could the development agreement with R. J. Marco for the <br />City's Country Drive site. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />COUNCIL RESOL UTION NO. 2007-7--162 - CA/.LING A SPECIAL, COUNCIL. <br />MEETING A~EETING FOR T(IESDAY, JULY 31, 2007 AT 6:30 P.M. TO DISCUSS <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />OPP/DAN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT; <br />MASTERPIECE HOMES DEVLLOPAIENT AGREEMENT; <br />R..1. MARCO DEVILOPMI:NT AGRBF.MINT <br />The foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Anderson, LaValle, Montour, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ST. JUDE Mr. L,aValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />NO PARKING <br />REQUEST RESOI_UTIONNO.2001-7-163-APPROVING THES'I:.IUDENO <br />PARKING RFQUE.ST AS RECOMMENDED /3Y THE PU73LIC WORKS <br />DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Scalze, Fahey, <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />GERVAIS The City Administrator reported that the City Manager of Maplewood has <br />LAKE indicated that Maplewood is not interested in participating in the cost of <br />WEEKEND additional weekend patrol on Lake Gervais by the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />PATROL Department. Their position is that the Sheriff's Department is responsible for <br />providing this patrol service and additional patrol time is a budget issue for <br />them. Maplewood suggested that the additional cost be paid for by the Gervais <br />Lalce Homeowners's Association. <br />
