Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-5-712 - APPROVING T HE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINS THE I'OLI,OWINC: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE RENEWAL OF GAMBI ING LICENSE AND <br />PREMISES PERMITS FOR THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT, LICENb'E PERIOD AUC,UST 1, 2001 THROUGH JULY <br />31, 2003; <br />*APPROVAL TO RECONVF,NE THE DEBT LEVY REDUCTION <br />COMMITTEE AS RECOMMENDED ]3Y THE CII'YADMINLS'TRATOR; <br />*APPROVAI_ OF LIQUOR AND TOI3A000 LICENSES AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF FOR TIIE LICENSE PERIOD .IULY <br />I, 2001 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2002; <br />*APPROVAL OF OFF-SALE 3.2 MAI T I IQUOR LICENSE, TO73A000 <br />LICENSE, AND GAS DISPENSING LICENSE FOR FOOD N FUEL; <br />*AUTHORIZING CEILTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND <br />SEWER BILI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />PITRINA PARK The Council reviewed the request of the Pitrina Park Townhome <br />CUL-DE-SACS Association to make the cul-de-sacs within this area public streets so that the <br />City would be responsible for their maintenance. They also noted the <br />information provided by City staff on other private streets in the City and the <br />impact that approval of this request would have. <br />Fahey felt that the staffls recommendation to deny the request was a solid one <br />and indicated that he was unwilling to accept the cul-de-sacs as City streets. <br />Scalze agreed and felt acceptance would set a terrible precedent.
