MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA OCTOBER 10, 2001 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10`x' day of October, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey Council Member Ms. Beverly Scalze Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson Council Member Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRI/SENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder Fire Chief Mr. Jim Morelan Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE,S'OI UTIONNO. 2001-10-223 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TIIE b'EPTEMI3ER 26, 2001 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SU73MITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. LITTLE Tim Morelan, Fire Chief of the Little Canada Volunteer Fire Department, CANADA appeared before the Council to report on the Department's fund-raising FII2E DEPT. - efforts on behalf of the families of the New York Fire Fighters that were FIRE DISASTER injured or killed in the September 11"'tragedy. The Fire Chief reported FUND RAISING that the Department is collecting donations over the next five day period EFFORTS at the following times and locations: October 10°i -City Center from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
