MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 10, 2001 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2001-10-228 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />''~APPROVAI OF PAY RE~UEb'T FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />AMENITIES AS RECOMMENDED 73Y THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />DIRECTOR; <br />''APPROVAL OF PAYREQUEST FOR 2001 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />AS RECOMMENDED 73Y THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; <br />*APPROVAI. OF TIIE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Montour, Scalze, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2001-IO-229 -APPROVAL OF PAY REQ UEST FOR <br />LITTI E CANADA ROAD LANDSCAPING AS RECOMMENDED RY THE <br />PUI3I,IC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Anderson, Scalze, Montour. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />BUDGET Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />WORKSHOP <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-ZO-230 - CALLING A 73UDC,ET WORKSHOP <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEM73ER 14, 2001 AT 6:00 PM. AS <br />RECOMMENDED 73Y THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REDEVELOP- The City Administrator outlined the terms of a proposed option/purchase <br />MENT ISSUES agreement with The Venetian Inn which includes a purchase price of $1,13,000 <br />to $1,150,000. The final purchase price will be determined based on <br />documentation of the cost of roofing and parking lot repairs. The <br />Administrator noted that The Venetian has been considering another offer for <br />10 <br />
