MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 10, 2001 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S`OLUT]ON NO. 2001-10-235 -APPROVING 2002 PARKS AND <br />RECREATION PROGRAM FEES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PARKA <br />& RECREATION DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NUISANCE The Council reviewed the City Administrator's recommendation to authorize <br />ABATEMENT nuisance abatement for two properties where problems exist and the owners <br />have been non-responsive to resolving the problem. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2001-70-236 -AUTHORIZINCr NUISANCE <br />ABATEMENT FOR T'WO PROPERTIES AS RECOMMENDED 13Y THE <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND THE CITYADMINISTRATOTi <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Scalze, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NO PARKING Scalze suggested that the Park & Recreation Commission consider whether <br />ON 28-FOOT or not 28-foot wide streets that serve as park or trail connections should be <br />SIDE posted as no parking. The City Administrator reported that he will do some <br />STREETS research on this issue, and, if need be, will schedule the matter for the <br />Commission's consideration. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTIONNO. 2001-70-237-ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Scalze, Fahey, <br />Nays (0).
