MINUTES Or THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of November, 2001 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />RESOI UTION NO. 2001-11-266 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 74, 2001 WORK.SIIOP COUNCIL. MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2001 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />NOVEMBER l4, 200I CIASED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the division of two single- <br />DIVISION - family lots into three for 643 and 65 ~l LaBore Road, as requested by <br />643/651 Michelle Lyford and Mon is Jespersen. Fahey noted that the Planning <br />LABORS ROAD Commission has recommended approval of the property division as requested. <br />It was also noted that the Parks & Recreation Commission has recommended <br />
