MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2001 <br />that a cash park charge be collected at the time a building permit is issued for <br />the new lot. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Scalze, the public Bearing was closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI_UTIONNO. 200.1-II-267-APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION OF' 643 AND 651 I_A130RE ROAD INTO THREE SINGI,E- <br />FAMILY LOTS AS REQUESTED 73Y THE PROPERTY OWNERS` <br />SU73.IECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF' <br />THE CITY PLANNER, PLANNING C'OMMIS.S/ON, ANU PARKS & <br />RECREATION COMMLS`SION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REZONING Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of 355 Little <br />FROM B-3 TO Canada Road from General Business (B-3) to Residential Business (R-B) <br />R-B - so that the property owner can replace an existing single-family house <br />355 LITTLE with a new single-family house. It was noted that the Planning Commission <br />CANADA ROAD has recommended approval of the rezoning. <br />LaValle asked if the existing house would be demolished upon completion of <br />the new house. Erv Youngs, 355 Little Canada Road, reported that once the <br />new house is completed that old one would be removed. The City <br />Administrator recommended that the City obtain a bond from the property <br />owner to ensure removal of the house. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public heating was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-I1-268 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF 355 <br />LITTLE CANADA ROAD FROM GENERAL. I3USlNE.S.S (13-3) TO <br />RESIDENTIAL 13USINES.S` (R-13) TO A/_I_OW REPLACEMENT OF THE <br />
