Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE.SOI_UTIONNO. 200.1-II-267-APPROVING THE PROPERTY DIVISION OF' 643 AND 651 I_A130RE ROAD INTO THREE SINGI,E- FAMILY LOTS AS REQUESTED 73Y THE PROPERTY OWNERS` SU73.IECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF' THE CITY PLANNER, PLANNING C'OMMIS.S/ON, ANU PARKS & RECREATION COMMLS`SION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. REZONING Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of 355 Little FROM B-3 TO Canada Road from General Business (B-3) to Residential Business (R-B) R-B - so that the property owner can replace an existing single-family house 355 LITTLE with a new single-family house. It was noted that the Planning Commission CANADA ROAD has recommended approval of the rezoning. LaValle asked if the existing house would be demolished upon completion of the new house. Erv Youngs, 355 Little Canada Road, reported that once the new house is completed that old one would be removed. The City Administrator recommended that the City obtain a bond from the property owner to ensure removal of the house.
