Resolution declared adopted. <br />INDUSTRIAL The City Planner reviewed his report relative to the indusu'ial moratorium <br />MORATORIUM study currently being done, As part of that study, the Planner indicated that the <br />STUDY Plam~ing Commission has discussed that the focus of the City's Business- <br />Warehouse District should be office/showroom or office/warehouse with no <br />outdoor storage. The Planner indicated that the Commission discussed two <br />options for implementing this direction. T'he first would be to replace the <br />criteria for the BW Zoning District. '1_he second would be to create a new <br />Zoning District. In looking at the option of replacement wording, the Planning <br />Commission also considered which properties are currently zoned BW and <br />what the effect would be on these properties. It was determined that the only <br />property that would be adversely effected would be the mini-storage property <br />on County Road B.
