MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCll. <br />DECEMBER 19, 2001 <br />operating under a PUD permit, rezoning this property to PUD would resolve <br />any concerns. <br />"The City Planner indicated that he agreed with the direction that the Ptamting <br />Commission is heading for replacing the wording of the current BW District. <br />He indicated that the Commission would be giving more consideration to this <br />option at its January meeting. <br />The Planner pointed out that the moratoriwn in the B-W, B-1, I-l, I-2 and 1-P <br />Districts expires on January 9, 2002. The Planner recommended that the <br />moratorium be extended to give the Commission and Council more time to <br />conduct their analysis. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORD/NANCE N0. 527 -ADOPT/LAG AN /LATER/M OKDINANCE <br />EXTEND/LAG A MORATORIUM <br />1°he foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />CITY The City Attorney presented the Council with the first Amendment to the City <br />ADMINISTRATOR Administrators Employment Agreement. Council reviewed the agreement <br />CMPLOYMENT and it was their consensus that the date "December I "" should be inserted in <br />AGREEMENT the Section 2. Resolution declared adopted. <br />PLANNING Council reviewed the fow applications for two positions on the Planning <br />COMMISSION Commission. By ballot of the Council, Tom Duray and Dan Knudsen were <br />AI'1'OINTMEN'TS reappointed to three-year terms on the Commission commencing January 1, <br />2002.
