"The City Planner indicated that he agreed with the direction that the Ptamting Commission is heading for replacing the wording of the current BW District. He indicated that the Commission would be giving more consideration to this option at its January meeting. The Planner pointed out that the moratoriwn in the B-W, B-1, I-l, I-2 and 1-P Districts expires on January 9, 2002. The Planner recommended that the moratorium be extended to give the Commission and Council more time to conduct their analysis.
