Resolution declared adopted. <br />GOAL The Council discussed scheduling a goal setting session. It was the consensus <br />SETTLNG of the Council that the session would be held on Wednesday, February 20`x', <br />SESSION commencing at 4:00 p.m and concluding at 6: ~0 p m. Council instructed the <br />City Administrator to contact Mark Nagel about facilitating the session. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-12-289 - CALLING A COUNClL/.STAFF GOAL. <br />SE%77NG .SES:S/ON FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2002 A7` 4:00 <br />I? MORTON 1'he City Administrator reported that no further progress has been made on the <br />llLVLl,OPMENT development agreement with R. A. Morton & Associates for development of <br />AGI2EGM~NT the northeast corner of Rice Street and Little Canada Road. The Administrator <br />indicated that R. A. Morton is being challenged by the issue of financing this <br />spec building. The Administrator suggested that if no further progress is made <br />by the first meeting in January, the Council should look at the City's <br />alternatives. <br />is <br />
