Plowman suggested that they could break this up by changing <br />the appearance of the middle section of the building. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-I-22 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br />THE RICE STREET REDEVELOPMENT SITE FROM GENERAL <br />BUSINESS (B-3) TO COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS DISTRICT (B- <br />4) AS REQUESTED BYR .J. MARCO CORPORATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-1-23 -APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION OF THE R .J.
