LEE ROSSOW SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR AS O UTLINED IN HER REPORTS DATED <br />JANUARY S AND JANUARY 10, 2000, SUBJECT TD ALLOWING <br />THE LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES TO REMAIN IN THE PUBLIC <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND SUBJECT TO THE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE CODE REQUIREMENT OF FIVE FOOT GRASSYBUFFER <br />AREAS AT THE PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY, AND <br />ALLOWING THE FOUR ACCESS POINTS FOR THE SITE AS <br />CURRENTLYEXIST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (2) Scalze, Morelan. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - 3175 Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a Conditional Use <br />RYAN LANE - Permit for open and outdoor storage of equipment and materials as both a <br />LEE ROSSOW principal and accessory use at 3175 Ryan Lane as requested by Lee <br />Rossow. It was noted that the Planning Commission has recommended <br />approval of the CUP subject to compliance with the recommendations of <br />the Zoning Administrator. <br />Rossow reported that at the Planning Commission meeting he was looking <br />for a definition of construction trailer so that he could comply with the <br />ordinance requirements. Rossow reported that he has discussed this issue <br />with the Zoning Administrator, and agreed to remove the trailer from his <br />property by June 1, 2000. He noted, however, that he is in the <br />construction business and feels that he should be able to have a <br />construction trailer just like any other construction business. Rossow <br />stated that he will move the trailer, however, it will come back to the site. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />
