It was noted that the Planning Commission has recommended
approval of the CUP subject to compliance with the recommendations of
the Zoning Administrator.
Rossow reported that at the Planning Commission meeting he was looking
for a definition of construction trailer so that he could comply with the
ordinance requirements. Rossow reported that he has discussed this issue
with the Zoning Administrator, and agreed to remove the trailer from his
property by June 1, 2000. He noted, however, that he is in the
construction business and feels that he should be able to have a
construction trailer just like any other construction business. Rossow
stated that he will move the trailer, however, it will come back to the site.
There was no one else from the general public present wishing to
comment on this matter.
