MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 26, 2000 <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />LaValle asked about the trailer being returned to the site. Rossow <br />reported that the trailer will come back after the completion of the <br />construction season. <br />Fahey indicated that if the trailer comes back and it is considered to be in <br />violation of the ordinance, a citation will be issued. Rossow reported that <br />he will comply with the ordinance. Fahey suggested that if there is the <br />need to qualify the ordinance relative to construction trailers, than that <br />should be done. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-1-16 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR STORAGE OF <br />EQUIPMENTAND MATERIALS AS BOTHANACCESSORY USE <br />AND A PRINCIPLE USE AT 3175 RYAN LANE AS REQUESTED BY <br />LEE ROSSOW SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AS <br />OUTLINED IN HER REPORT DATED JANUARY79, 2000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - 3100 Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a request for conditional <br />SPRUCE STR. - use permit for open and outdoor storage of materials and equipment as <br />JIM BIRCH an accessory use at 3100 Spruce Street owned by Jim Birch. It was noted <br />that the Planning Commission recommended approval of the CUP subject <br />to compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator as <br />outlined in her report dated December 29, 1999. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
