MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 2000 <br />Scalze again pointed out that the building could be redesigned and the <br />amount of green space on the property decreased. Schmidt pointed out <br />that they need a reasonable amount of green space for their clients. <br />Scalze pointed out that it will take three affirmative votes of the Council to <br />pass the CUP and Variance. There is a disadvantage this evening to the <br />applicant given that there are only three Council Members present. <br />Therefore, it was recommended that the matter be tabled until the April <br />121' Council meeting. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-3-66 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE CONDITIONAL. USE PERMIT AND SETBACK <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION UNTIL. THEAPRI7.12, 2000 COUNCIL <br />MEETING, <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP, Scalze opened the continuation of public hearing to consider a Conditional <br />ARCHITECTURALUse Permit for additional signage on a multiple tenant business building, <br />REVIEW, & Architectural Review, and Final Plat for the Goodyear project to be <br />FINAL PLAT - located on Rice Street. The Planning Commission has recommended <br />GOODYEAR approval of the applications. <br />PROJECT <br />There was no one present from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-3-67 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />Ub`E PERMIT FOR MULTIPI E TENANT BUSINESS 13U71 DING, <br />ARCHITECTURAL.
