MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 2000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (3) Morelan, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Scalze opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for a <br />DIVISION - property division of 666 LaBore Road into two single-family lots. <br />666 LABORE The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the property <br />ROAD - division. Scalze asked about the storage building on the property. The <br />O'NEIL Planner replied that the applicant has indicated that the storage building <br /> will be either removed or brought into conformance with setback <br /> requirements. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public Bearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />SUP FOR Scalze opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for <br />HOME Special Use Permit for home occupation at 2622 Jackson Street as <br />OCCUPATION - requested by Mr. Scott Bixby. It was noted that Mr. Bixby could not <br />2622 JACKSON be present this evening and has requested that action on his application <br />STREET - be tabled until the April 26°i Council meeting. <br />BIXBY <br /> Scalze asked why the City should approve a Special Use Permit for a <br /> home occupation that is clearly outside the parameters of home <br /> occupations allowed by the ordinance. The Planner replied that the City <br /> Council can treat this request as being outside the allowable parameters. <br /> However, the property owner can make a request for a home occupation <br />to <br />
