MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 2G, 2000 <br />Lakes, and it was her recommendation not to accept the offer as proposed. <br />Ebert supported the recommendations of the City Administrator with <br />regard to a counter-offer to North Lakes. <br />Ebert also suggested that the City may want to consider putting together a <br />basic concept plan for the redevelopment area which could be distributed <br />to potential developers. Ebert stated that the key is to attract an anchor <br />tenant for the area and then the rest of the development will fall into place <br />Scalze indicated that there were some concept drawings done as part of the <br />redevelopment plan done for the area. The City Administrator reported <br />that Michael Schroeder did some very rough layouts and had cautioned the <br />City not to hold tight to these concepts. <br />Ebert repotted that the concept Yhat she is suggesting would have some <br />dimension to it. <br />Fahey felt the drawings should be done and should show some of the <br />adjacent sites that are available as well. <br />Ebert indicated that she will continue marketing the property and also <br />suggested that the counter-offer to the North Lakes proposal suggested by <br />the City Administrator would work. <br />Fahey suggested that the City Administrator work with North Lakes and <br />determine if the counter-offer is acceptable. <br />PARK VIEW The City Administrator presented proposed development agreements for <br />COURT - the Park View Court development on Little Canada Road and Jackson <br />DEVELOPMENT Street. <br />AGREEMENT <br />Mars. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 200(1-4-I11 -APPROVING' THE PARK VIEW <br />COURT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AS SUBMITTED BY THE <br />CITYADMINLSTRATOIZ SUB.IECT TO ANY MODIFICATIONS <br />DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE CITYATTORNEYAND <br />AUTHORIZING TIIE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THESE AGREEMENTS' ON BEHAI F OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
