Fahey requested that City staff looking into the appropriateness of this use- NORTHEAST LaValle reported that given the timing of the Board of Water RESIDENCE Commissioners meeting, the Northeast Residence has asked if they RESPITE could begin construction of their respite home prior to the finalization HOME of the land sale with the Board. LaValle noted that if the building is not completed by September, Northeast Residence will lose its Federal funding. The Council was agreeable provided that construction commence at their own risk Ifthe land sale is not finalized, Northeast Residence would be required to bring the building into compliance with setbacks.
