MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 13, 2000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator recommended that the Council not act on the <br />street lighting contract this evening pending an outcome on the MSA <br />issue. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 2000-6-151- TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />STREET LIGHTING CONTRACT PENDING A REPORT ON MSA <br />FUNDING OF THIS COMPONENT OF THE PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council discussed burying power lines for the eight properties along <br />Little Canada Road, and it was the consensus of the Council that these <br />lines should be buried. The Council also agreed that the cost of burying <br />the lines should be part of the improvement project and not assessed to the <br />individual properties. <br />ACTION PLANS Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2000-6-152 -APPROVING THE ACTION PLANS <br />FOR THE CITY'S 2000 GOALS LIST AS PRESENTED AND <br />AMENDED ON THE WORKSHOP HELD EARLIER THIS EVENING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
