MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12'x' day of July, <br />2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />JULY 12, 2000 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Park & Rec. Director Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Park & Rec. Comm. Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Park & Rec. Comm. Mr. James Broten <br />Park & Rec. Comm. Mr. Craig Larson <br />Park & Rec. Comm. Mr. David Grey <br />Park & Rec. Comm. Ms. Ginger Sackett-Glaser <br />Park Consultant Mr. Bill Sanders <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />TRAIL Matt Anderson indicated that the purpose of tonight's workshop is <br />PROJECTS to review with the Council the Parks & Recreation Commission's trail <br />project prioritization. The Commission has reviewed the trail segments in <br />the City that need completion and have prioritized those projects based <br />on land availability and project cost. Anderson pointed out that the <br />prioritization of these projects could change based on both land and <br />funding availability. <br />The Park Consultant presented a map showing the City's existing and <br />proposed trail system in relation to surrounding communities. He then <br />began with a review of the Commission's priority listing. <br />
