MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 26, 2000 CUP - Mayor Fahey noted that at the request of the applicant, the Planning 743 EAST Commission tabled action on the Conditional Use Permit for total garage COUNTY space of approximately 1,300 square feet at 743 East County Road B-2 ROAD B-2 - until their August meeting. TACHENY Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-7--174 -CONTINUING THE PU73LIC HEARING ON THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GARAGE SPACE AT 743 EAST COUNTY ROAD B-2 AS RED UES`TED BY MR. AND MRS. TACHENY UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. VARIANCE - Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on the 666 LAHORE request for a Variance from the requirement for direct access to a ROAD - public street for the O'Neil property at 666 LaBore Road pending the O'NEIL property owners and the neighbors getting together to try to work out an agreement orrthe access issue. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2000-7--175 - TA137.ING ACTION ON THE ACCESS VARIANCE FOR THE O'NEIL PROPERTYAT 666 LAHORE ROAD UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL.
