OF THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CALL FOR Scalze expressed concern with considering the vacation of the drainage PUBLIC easement on this property given that the Watershed has designed the HEARING area as a wetland. Scalze asked if the DNR or another agency should TO CONSIDER be asked to review this matter. Scalze asked if the Watershed still had VACATION OF a policy of no net loss of wetland area. DRAINAGE EASEMENT The City Administrator reported that the Watershed is the review agency 727 KELLER for matters of this type. He pointed out that in 1981 the Watershed PARKWAY required a drainage easement over a small area of wetland for this particular property. The Watershed has reviewed the filling plans that have been proposed for the site and feels they are reasonable. The Watershed has indicated that it is necessary to maintain a drainage easement on the westerly 20 feet of the property. The Administrator
