OF THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL FOR Scalze expressed concern with considering the vacation of the drainage <br />PUBLIC easement on this property given that the Watershed has designed the <br />HEARING area as a wetland. Scalze asked if the DNR or another agency should <br />TO CONSIDER be asked to review this matter. Scalze asked if the Watershed still had <br />VACATION OF a policy of no net loss of wetland area. <br />DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT The City Administrator reported that the Watershed is the review agency <br />727 KELLER for matters of this type. He pointed out that in 1981 the Watershed <br />PARKWAY required a drainage easement over a small area of wetland for this <br /> particular property. The Watershed has reviewed the filling plans that <br /> have been proposed for the site and feels they are reasonable. The <br /> Watershed has indicated that it is necessary to maintain a drainage <br /> easement on the westerly 20 feet of the property. The Administrator <br />
