MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION OF Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the vacation of a drainage <br />DRAINAGE easement on property located at 627 Keller Parkway as requested by <br />EASEMENT - Denise Kerr. <br />627 KELLER <br />PARKWAY - Mugs Nardini asked what the effect is on the wetland as a result of this <br />KERB easement vacation and Federal Law provides an exemption in this case. <br /> Fahey pointed out that the Watershed has approved a fill permit for this <br /> property because the area to be filled is under 2,000 square feet. It was <br /> also noted that there is mitigation being done and the amount of mitigation <br /> exceeds the amount of wetland being filled. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20(10-9-233 -VACATING DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT AT 627 KELLER PARKWAYAS REQUESTED I3Y <br />DENISE KERR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TRANSFER The Council reviewed the request of Moon Bay Liquor to transfer <br />OF LIQUOR their existing off-sale liquor license to 2900 Rice Street. <br />LICENSE TO <br />NEW LOCATION- Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />MOON BAY <br />LIQUORS RESOLUTION NO. 20!10-9-234 -APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF <br /> AN EXLS`TING OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR MOON73AY <br /> LIQUOR TO 2900 RICE STREET SU73JECT TO RECEIPT OF <br /> SATLSFACTORYLIQUOR LIAI37LITYIN.S'URANCE <br />to <br />
