Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARKING ON Council reviewed the request of St. John's School for removal of no <br />McMENEMY parking signs on McMenemy Street in the area of St. John's School <br />STREET as well as the requests of Bev Collova and Cathy Collova for removal of <br />no parking signs on McMenemy Street near their homes. <br />Fahey pointed out that the school is planning the construction of new <br />facilities, and once those facilities are built their parking problems will be <br />resolved. Fahey suggested that given the large, repetitive use of <br />McMenemy Street by the school and St. John's Church, he felt it <br />appropriate to remove no parking signs in that area until their rebuilding is <br />completed. Fahey felt there were less compelling reasons for removal of <br />no parking signs near private residences on McMenemy Street. Fahey <br />pointed out the parking permit process that the City has put in place to <br />assist homeowners in accommodating on-street parking for guests and <br />parties at their homes. <br />Scalze agreed with Fahey's comments and pointed out that St. John's is <br />taking steps to alleviate their parking situation. <br />Beverly Kysylyczyn, Viking Drive property owner, reported that she is <br />rebuilding her home on Viking Drive. She requested an on-street parking <br />permit for construction vehicles and was denied one. Kysylyczyn reported <br />
