MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 25, 2000 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-YO-260 -APPROVING THE 737AGINI <br />CONCEPT PROPOSAL FOR COUNTRYDRIVEAS PRESENTED <br />SU73JECT TO THE CONDITIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OUTLINED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR IN HIS LETTER <br />DATED OCTOBER 20, 2000 AND WITH THE STIUPLATION THAT <br />THERE BE NO OUTDOOR STORAGE ALLOWED ON THE <br />PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (1) Scalze. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />OWASSO/ The City Administrator reported that the County is requesting that <br />RICE STREET the contractor on the Owasso/Rice Street traffic signal project be <br />TRAFFIC released from the project given the project was delayed because of issues <br />SIGNAL with the right-of--way and the lights could not be energized until spring. <br />The Administrator reported that the project will be rebid and will be able <br />to move forward in the spring. <br />Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 2000-IO-26I - REI EASING THE CONTRACTOR <br />ON THE OWASSO/RICE STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL. PROJECT AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY RAM.SEY COUNTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Pedersen, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LITTLE The City Administrator reported that the Little Canada Road project has <br />CANADA moved along well with some minor problems such as dust control. <br />ROAD However, the street has been blacktopped and street lights are being <br />IMPROVEMENT installed. Amenities will be put in next spring. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the followi~ig resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 2000-IO-262 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
