MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY G, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 6'h day of January, 2000 <br />in the conference room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road East in said <br />City. <br />Chair Matt Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of <br />the Commission were present: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Matthew Anderson, Chair <br />Mr. James Broten <br />Ms. Carla Danielson <br />Mr. David Gray <br />Mr. Craig Larson <br />Ms. Ginger Sackett Glaser <br />Mr. Robert Schabacker <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Jim Morelan, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Mr. Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Ms. Kris Pechman, Recording Secretary <br />WELCOME Anderson welcomed new members James Broten, Carla Danielson, and Craig Larson to the <br />Commission. <br />ELECTION Gray recommended nominating Anderson as the chair of the Commission for the year <br />OF OFFICERS 2000. <br />Motion seconded by Sackett Glaser. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Schabacker recommended nominating Sackett Glaser as the vice-chair of the Commission <br />for the year 2000. <br />Motion seconded by Gray. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />MINUTES Schabacker recommended that the minutes of the November 4, 1999 meeting be approved <br />as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Sackett Glaser. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
