He agreed that
there may be some trailers still in the Park, but they are either
construction trailers or the Code Enforcement Officer had not yet
dealt with the property.
Mr. Keis recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit for
open and outdoor storage of equipment and materials as both an
accessory use and a principle use at 3175 Ryan Lane subject to
compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning
Administrator as outlined in her report dated January 4, 2000 and
subject to removal of the storage trailer by the June 30, 2000
deadline if there is no satisfactory resolution of this issue with the
City's staff.
Motion seconded by Duray.
Motion carried 5 - 1. Knudsen voted against.
CUP - Jim Birch appeared before the Commission requesting approval of
3100 SPRUCE a Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage of materials
STREET - and equipment as an accessory use at 3100 Spruce Street.
JIM BIRCH
The Zoning Administrator reported that Mr. Birch operates a lawn
maintenance business from his property. The
recommended deadline for compliance would be June 30, 2000.
Birch indicated that he would comply with the recommendations
of the Zoning Administrator, and indicated that she has been very
helpful.
Knudsen recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit for
open and outdoor storage of materials and equipment as an
accessory use at 3100 Spruce Street subject to compliance with the
recommendations of the Zoning Administrator as outlined in her
report dated December 29, 1999.
Motion seconded by Carson.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
