MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 13, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />April, 2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. John Keis, Chair <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Admin. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the March 9, 2000 Planning Commission <br />minutes, those minutes stand approved as submitted. <br />PROPERTY The City Planner indicated that the proposed property division of 3240 <br />DIVISION - Twin Lake Road has been before the Commission in the past. The <br />3240 TWIN matter had been tabled because of an outstanding issue with an easement <br />LAKE and access to the City's sanitary sewer line at the rear of the property. It <br />ROAD - was pointed out that the Public Works Director has recommended that the <br />PREFERRED easement be widened from 15 feet to 20 feet as well as to provide a turn <br />BUILDERS around at the end of the easement. He is further recommending that a <br /> gravel base be installed for vehicular access. However, that base can be <br /> covered with topsoil and grass. <br />A representative of Preferred Builders indicated that they would construct <br />the drive utilizing materials provided by the City. <br />Norma Klidzejs, 3244 Twin Lake Road, reported that the Public Works <br />Director met with her and they reviewed the site. Klidzejs indicated that <br />the City has never accessed the sewer manhole via the easement given the <br />
