dtem No. 3
We still remain very concerned that this developer may have plans in the future to use
our driveway for access. We have been the only family using this driveway for 20 years.
Twin Lake Trail is an existing street that can easily connect with the driveways of any
future homes on this development.
This development has already brought unwelcome changes. Where once there was quiet
and privacy there is now litter and strangers coming down to the site at all times. If our
driveway should change to being a shared driveway this would take away the last bit of
privacy that remains for our family.
We appreciate your efforts at looking into all matters of this new development before
making any final decisions. Because we have lived here for such a long time and this
will be our home for many years to come, your decisions will have a substantial impact
for our family.
At this time we do not support the property division that is being requested by Roy
Hanson/Preferred Builders, until such time as existing issues discussed above are
resolved.
We look forward to attending the Planning Commission Meeting on April 13. Thank
you for keeping us informed of events thus far. Please contact us at 615-481-0489 if
there is a change in meeting date.
Best regards,
Aleks and Norma Klidzejs
Enclosure
cc: Joel R.
