MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
PLANNING COMMISSION
LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA
MAY 11, 2000
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11'" day of May,
2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little
Canada Road in said City.
Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following
members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call:
PLANNING COMMISSION
Mr. Scott Barraclough
Mr. Dennis Carson
Mr. Tom Duray
Mr. John Keis
Ms. Faith Kraemer
Mr. Dan Knudsen
Mr. Rick Montour
ALSO PRESENT:
Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner
Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk
MINUTES There being no corrections to the April 13, 2000 Planning Commission
minutes, those minutes stand approved as submitted.
PUD PERMIT - Mr. Dave Remarke, R.A.B. LLC, appeared before the Commission
COUNTRY requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development permit in order to
SIDE OFFICE develop the phase two office/warehouse building for Country Side Terrace
PARK Office Park. Remarke reported that the office/warehouse building is
PHASE II approximately 12,000 square feet in size. He noted that they will be
moving the curbing in for the parking lot as it abuts Condit Street
approximately 15 feet eliminating one row of parking on the west side of
the property. This area will also be bermed and landscaped.
The City Planner reported that originally the phase II building was to be
totally office building. Given the change to office/warehouse, the parking
requirements are reduced and the row of parking on the west side of the
parking lot can be eliminated. This will provide a larger buffer to Condit
Street.
