The property in question is owned by
Theodore and Patricia O'Neil and is located at 666 LaBore Road. Leonzal
reported that the City previously approved a property division for the lot in
question. Access was proposed via Keller Parkway. However, due to the
topography of the property, the driveway for the proposed house would be
at a 24.6% grade. Therefore, the property owners are now requesting a
variance so that access can be via LaBore Road.
Keis pointed out that at the time the property division was requested, the
builder had indicated that it was possible to access the lot via Keller
Parkway. That was one of the conditions upon which the property
division was approved.
