Mr. Carley then made a verbal
report explaining that Mr. Lienry Schroeder, who has platted and is
developing a small subdivision known as Schroeder~s Suburban Lots,
has run into some difficulty because there is no available evidence
of how or ~?hen the said New Carre.da De Soto Street cut-off was va-
cated. Mr. Schroeder~e; re-
quest to the Vi.l.lage Council is that the Council by its action vacate
the road so that the Council's order can be inserted in the record
as valid evidence of the vacation.
