Ca.mpa- <br />naro and that upon receipt of said money, that <br />the village engineer be instructed to go ahead <br />wit.fi the work." <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Mr. .Rime Dian, 325 Park Lane, and Mr. Richard Hoffman, <br />353 Park Lane, appeared before the Gauncil and requested tYza.t the <br />platted portion of Morrisan Street North of Park Lane be vacated. <br />After some discussian, a.nd. upon motion of Spooner, seconded by <br />Nadeau, it was <br />"R1~,SOLVFD, That the V111age immediately <br />undertake proceedings to vacate the sa7.d street <br />and the attorney be instructed to arrange with <br />the clerk for the necessary hearings and notices. <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />The clerk presented an anpllca.tion for an on and off sale <br />beer license, ciga.ret license and tavern license at 2756 Rice Street, <br />said application having been made by one T~Ir. Clarence Loedermeier. <br />The applicant r-xas present in person and exolained that he was taking <br />over the Aragon Nite Club, iTpon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Spooner, <br />it wa.s <br />°RliSULVL~D, Tiiat the licenses applied for by <br />Mr. Loedermeier. be granted to him a.nd issued by <br />the clerk." <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution t~ras adopted. <br />Mr. Frank Ferretti of 2.,232 <br />he has built his house and wants the <br />the grading completed so that he can <br />driveway.
