Spooner moved to adopt <br />ORDINANCE J~13 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULA- <br />TIONS FOR THE USE OF ANY PARK OR PUBLIC <br />GROUNDS AND FOR THE USE OF AND THE PARKINCx <br />OF VEHICLES ON PARKWAYS, IN PARKS OR UPON <br />PUBLIC GROUNDS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF LITTLE <br />CANADA. <br />Vitale seconded the motion.
