Regular Meeting d July 10, 1957
Mr. Morrison of 591 University Avenue, St. Paul, appearing
on behalf of his daughter who has purchased praperty on Edgerton
Street, requested that the Council grant a building permit even thoixgh
the lot does not have a 100 ft. frontage. From the facts it appears
that the lot is nearly one acre in size and also that it is not possi-
ble for this owner to procure any additional property so as to be able
to comply with the 100 f't. width requirement. It appeared that this
is a case where there is plenty of area for adequate operation of sew-
age disposal and the applicant was advised that he would have to fol-
low strictly the requirements of the Building Inspector with reference
to sewage installation.
Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Loeffler, it was
"12ESOLVEIJ, That Virginia King be and is hereby
authorized to procure a building permit for the lot
at 3109 Edgerton Street."
Ayes - !} Nays - 0
The resolution was adopted.
Mz°.
