This petition was received by the Council. Upon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Vitale, it wRs "RESOLVED, That the petition Por the vacation of Eighth Street in Rice Street Motor Line Addition be set for hearing at the June 11th meeting of the Village Council at the hour of 8;00 o'clock P.M., and that the Clerk publish and post proper notices." Since there are no liquor licenses available, the letter was placed on file. Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Loeffler, it was "RESOLVED, That the Village pay the sum of Five and 00/100 ($5.00) Dollars as annual dues to the Ramsey County Municipal Officials A sociation." Upon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Loeffler, it was "RESOLVED, That the County Engineer be requested to oil the streets in the Village oP Little Canada and that the list oP streets to be oiled be prepared by the Clerk and forwarded to the County Auditor." Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Spooner, it was "RESOLVED, That the Village Attorney be and is hereby instructed to investigate and report back to the Council the matter of allocation oP gasoline tax money under the new state laws."
