Regular Meeting - August 13 1958 <br />"WHEREAS, The term ' <br />after used in the body of <br />tended to moan, refer to, <br />Lions as in the foregoing <br />cribed. <br />said plans and specifications' as herein- <br />this resolution shall be deemed and in- <br />and incorporate the plans and specifica- <br />recitals particularly identified and des- <br />"NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED That said plans and specifications <br />for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118, renumbered as Trunlc <br />Highway Number 36 within the limits of the Village of Little Canada, <br />be and hereby are approved. <br />"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the elevations and grades as shown <br />in said plane and specifications be and they are hereby approved <br />and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade oc- <br />casioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 13:8, re- <br />numbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 in accox•dance with said plans <br />and specifications." <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />After further discussion with Mr. Davies, he was advised that the Council <br />would hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 20th, at ?:30 P.M, for the pur- <br />pose of. considering further the resolutions pertaining to Highway No. 390 so that <br />during the intervening week, the Highway Department could discuss the Council's ob- <br />,~ections to the resolution as presently drawn. <br />At this point, Mr, Loeffler, Trustee, asked to be excused from the meet- <br />ing to attend to other business. Permission was granted. <br />The Village Attorney read a proposed ordinance at length for licensing <br />the dog kennel business. Vitale moved to adopt <br />ORDINANCE #27 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO EENNELS AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />LICENSYNG, INSPECTING, AND REGULATING OF EENNELS FOR <br />DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND PETS, <br />Spooner seconded the motion. There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked <br />the Clerk to call the roll. The roll being called, there were Ayes 4, and Nays 0, <br />as follows: <br />Spooner Aye <br />Vitale Aye <br />Melancon Aye <br />Nadeau Aye <br />So the ordinance was adopted. <br />The Clerk read the vouchers to be paid cover.ing expe~xses incurred during <br />the month of July 1958. Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Spooner, it was <br />a <br />"RESOLVED, Thak Vouchers Nos. 1151 <br />be and are hereby approved for payment <br />i;hrougli 1175, inclusive, <br />as follows: <br />g <br />
