<br />The Clerk read an application for OPf Sale 3.2 Beer License and for
<br />cigarette license from Louis Peterfeso of 2750 Rice Street. The Clerk explained that
<br />the applicant intends to open a retail business for the sale of prepared, ready-to-ead
<br />foods, and dairy products, as well as 3,2 beer.
<br />Upon motion by Coenen, seconded by Spooner, it was
<br />"RESOLVED, that a license be issued to Mr, Louis Peterfeso
<br />of 2750 Rice Street, for the sale of 3,2 beer at off sale only
<br />at the said premises."
