Richard Anderson o.f 734 Lal3ore Road presented a sketch of his <br />property lying betvreen Keller Parkway and 1;a13ore Road. He was advised to obtain a <br />survey of his property and when he had completed his survey to then present his <br />problem to the Council. <br />Pfir. Charles 13oeck, located on Edgerton near County Road 13-s, asked the <br />Council when something vrill be done to remove the horse market being conducted on <br />property south of and adjacent to hi.s home property. 14r. Hemmer advised him that <br />this property :is now for sale and that a prospective buyer is about to complebe <br />negotiations for his purchase of the portion where the barn is located and this barn <br />will be destroyed and 'the horse market business will be terminated. <br />Carl Spooner asked the Council what can be done about Garske's continued <br />violation of health laws and nuisance laws in keeping livestock on his premises on <br />North LaBore Road. The Village Attorney advised that he vrill. contact Mr. Garske's <br />attorney at once and make arrangements to enforce the laws; and, that he will also <br />submit a new ordinance if such appears to be necessary. <br />iVir. Vitale asked the Council what could be done about grading the roadway <br />which is used to enter the Little L'anada School baseba].1 grounds from Eli. Road. It <br />eras pointed out to him that this is not a public street and apparently the usex•s <br />are simply trespassing on property owned by Speranza of the Produce State Bank in <br />St. Paul.
