the Clerk be, and is hereby, directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the <br />County Auditor together with the assessment roll; and the rate of 5% per annum is <br />to be applied to these assessments calculated from the date of this meeting. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVED, that the Road Superintendent, Mr. Jesperson, be, and is hereby, <br />instructed and directed to make the necessary minor corrections on the driveways <br />of both Auge and Karp so that the items complained of at the assessment hearing. <br />would be properly corrected. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seaonded by Spooner, it was <br />RESOLVED, that the Village Attorney be, and is hereby, instructed to draw <br />the necessary ordinance if we do not now have authority to prohibit parking on <br />the north side of County Road B-2 from Rice Street eastward for a distance of <br />800 feet. <br />Mr. Roy Wilson presented himself and asked the Council to accept the streets <br />as they have been completed in his Addition. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Spooner, it was <br />RESOLVED, that the streets in Wilsonss Addition, which were built pursuant <br />to agreement with the Village, and upon which construction work has now been completed, <br />be, and the same are hereby, fully approved and are hereby accepted froar Mr. Roy Wilson <br />for ownership and maintenance as public streets within the Village of Little Canada. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The Clerk read a request from the County asking that the Village indicate <br />what streets, if any, were to be maintained for snow removal by the County during <br />the coming winter season. <br />Upon motion by Mayor Melancon, seaonded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVED, that a list of Village streets be forwarded to the County of <br />Ramsey with instructions to the County to provide snow removal and sanding during <br />the coming winter season. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The report of Sheri££ Hedman~s office of police work done during the month <br />of September was received and placed on file. <br />Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVEDD, that Vouchers Nos. 1814 thru 1836 be paid as follows <br />1814 L. W. Melancon ......................................$50.00 <br />1815 W. F. Coenen ....................................... 100.00 <br />-2- <br />
