Carley, Village Engineer, submitted a report to the effect that the contractor <br />has completed the work on County Road :[3-2 (Flower Street and that the engineer <br />recoimnends acceptance of the street at this time. FIe explained that X500.00 of final <br />payment will be withheld until the summer of 1961 to guarantee that any defects :in <br />the work will, be properly corrected after this winter. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVED, that the street vrork on County Road B-2 (Flower Street be, and the <br />same is hereby, approved and accepted for maintenance with the understanding that <br />the sum of X500.00 of the final payment be withheld to guarantee that the contractor <br />vri17. correct any defects appearing within one year £rom this date. <br />byes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The Village Engineer presented the Clerk with the assessment .rolls for the <br />improvements on County Road B-2 (Flower Street . <br />The Mayor. called the Councils attention to the fact that the next Village <br />election will be held on :December 6, 1960. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Coeneri., it was <br />RESOLVED, that Vouchers Nos. 1837 thru 18£}9' be paid as fol.lowsc <br />1837 L.
