Fa.clclain, of La;3ore Road., presented himself before the Council and <br />stated that he had purchased a house from the Highway Aepartment and desired to move <br />it on to his property on fhe north side o.f LaBore Road. IIe aslted the Courxcil to <br />authorize him to put a 30 foot street along the Last boundary of his property running <br />north From Lal3ore 2?oad, so he could divide his property into lots Fronting on such <br />proposed street. The Council advised li~Sr. Faclclam that in order 'to proceed with any <br />such proposal, i_t vrould be necessary 'to have a proposed plat subritted, showing <br />contour lines of the land, elevation, location of Cowrty ditch, and also sub-soil <br />tests so the Council could determine vrhether. the lots on 3~xsxx his property could be <br />as small as a half acre, and also to determine vrhether. the Construction of a basement <br />type house should be permitted on his land. Tlfr. Paciclam was advised that the Council <br />would grant no authority- or permission to him to either build a street or to move the <br />]aouse on.bo his ].and.
