Regular Meeting - June 14, 1961 <br />Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Melancon, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the Village Attorney was authorized and directed <br />to prepare a contract to be entered into by the Village of Little <br />Canada and the St. Paul @Jater Department for use of the waterworks <br />right-of-way area in the Village for recreational purposes." <br />ayes - 5 Nava - o <br />The resolution was adopteda <br />The Clerk read a petition from Mr, Ed Anderson, 2550 Rice Street, asking <br />permission to move a house on to an empty lot at Stark Street and County Road C, <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Vitale, it was <br />"RESOLVED That the petition of Nir. Ed Anderson to move a house <br />on to a lot at Stark Street and County Road C be and is hereby <br />authorized, subject to approval of the Building Inspector as to <br />code requirements and achy other structural detailso." <br />Ayea-5 Nay's-0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Coenen, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the Village order and authorize the Ramsey County <br />N~gineer to oil the Village streets, including all streets on the <br />list prepared by and received from Louis Jesperaon, Road Superin- <br />tendent." <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adoptedo <br />Mre Spooner asked the Council what has been done concerning Mr. Bever9a <br />Horsemarket on Edgerton Street. Mre Memmer explained that the Horse barn had been <br />there before the zoning and that this was a strictly legal non-conforming use. <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Spooner, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that On-Sale and Off-Sale 3.2 Beer Licenses be <br />granted to each of the following pursuant to application and <br />payment of fees= <br />R. Jacobsen, Pat Brausen, Venetian Tnn, <br />Gorden Nadeau and Frank Brausen, <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />- 2 <br />
