MSNUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LSTTLE CANADA The regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Little Canada, was held at the Little Canada Fire Ha7.1, 440 E. Little Canada Road, on July 11, 1962 at x:30 P.M. The following Council members were presents John Vitale, Acting Mayor; Walter Coenen, Clerk; Joe Hacker, Trustee. Absent were Carl Spooner, Mayor; and Edward. Loeffler, Trustee. Also present were Frederick P. Memmer, Village Attorney, and Oscar Londin, Building Inspector. Upon motion by Hacker, seconded by Vitale, it was "RESOLVED, that the minutes of the regular meeting of June 13, 1962 be approved as read." Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 The resolution was adopted. Mr. Elton Inott of 34 South Owasso Boulevard, appeared before the Council and stated. that South Owasso Boulevard is washed out and full of holes and that all the water runs of£ onto hi.s property. Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Coenen, it was "RESOLVED, that the Village Engineer be and is hereby instructed to survey this street and layout a ditch or provide some means to handle the water problem on South Owasso Boulevard." . Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 The resolution was adopted. The Clerk infoxaned the Cotimcil that the Weed Inspector had reported to him that Mr. Garske had refused to cut the weeds on his property after he was notified on sevexal occasions. Upon motion by Hacker, seconded by Coenen, it was "RESOLVED, that Mr. Garske be notified that unless the weeds on his property are cut within ten days, the Village will have the weeds cut and assess the cost of cutting the weeds against Mr. Garske°s property." AYes-3 Nays-O The resolution was adopted.. The Clerk read a petition received from School District No. 623, requesting the Council to vacate Abel Street between County Road B2 and Demont Avenue.
