MSNUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LSTTLE CANADA <br />The regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Little Canada, was held <br />at the Little Canada Fire Ha7.1, 440 E. Little Canada Road, on July 11, 1962 at x:30 <br />P.M. The following Council members were presents <br />John Vitale, Acting Mayor; Walter Coenen, Clerk; Joe Hacker, Trustee. <br />Absent were Carl Spooner, Mayor; and Edward. Loeffler, Trustee. <br />Also present were Frederick P. Memmer, Village Attorney, and Oscar Londin, <br />Building Inspector. <br />Upon motion by Hacker, seconded by Vitale, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the minutes of the regular meeting of June 13, 1962 <br />be approved as read." <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Mr. Elton Inott of 34 South Owasso Boulevard, appeared before the Council and <br />stated. that South Owasso Boulevard is washed out and full of holes and that all the <br />water runs of£ onto hi.s property. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Coenen, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the Village Engineer be and is hereby instructed to <br />survey this street and layout a ditch or provide some means to handle <br />the water problem on South Owasso Boulevard." . <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />The Clerk infoxaned the Cotimcil that the Weed Inspector had reported to him <br />that Mr. Garske had refused to cut the weeds on his property after he was notified <br />on sevexal occasions. <br />Upon motion by Hacker, seconded by Coenen, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that Mr. Garske be notified that unless the weeds on his <br />property are cut within ten days, the Village will have the weeds <br />cut and assess the cost of cutting the weeds against Mr. Garske°s <br />property." <br />AYes-3 Nays-O <br />The resolution was adopted.. <br />The Clerk read a petition received from School District No. 623, requesting <br />the Council to vacate Abel Street between County Road B2 and Demont Avenue. <br />
