Regular Meeting - July 11s j62. <br />Upon motion by Vitale' seconded by Hackers it was <br />"RESOLVEDs that a hearing be set for August 8s 1962 at the regu7.ar <br />meeting of the Councils for the purpose of hearing the petition <br />presented 'by School District No. 623 with regard to the vacation <br />of Abel Street between County Road B2 and Demont Avenue." <br />Ayes .. 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />The Clerk read a letter received from School District No. 623 in reference to <br />granting permission to the School Board to connect the new high school sewer line <br />into the Roseville sewer system. Council referred this matter to the Village Attorney. <br />Upon motion by Hackers seconded by Vitales it was <br />"RESOLVEDs that the Building Inspector be and is hereby authorized <br />to issue a building permit to School District No. 623 for the new <br />high school to be constructed." <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />The Clerk presented the Ramsey County Sheriff's report for the month of Mays <br />1.862, covering policing in the Village of Little Canada. This report was planed on file. <br />The Clerk presented the Village Police Officer's report for the month of Junes <br />1862. Thin report was planed on file. <br />The Clerk presented a copy of the supplemental agreement between the County of <br />Ramsey and the Village of Little Canada for policing the Village by Ramsey County <br />Sheriff's office. <br />The Clerk read a letter from the Northern States Power Company in reference to <br />lowering of electricity rates in this district. <br />The Clerk presented the yearly report from the Ramsey County Sheriff's office. <br />The Clerk read Ordinance No. 3g. <br />Upan motion by Vitales seconded by Hackers it was <br />"RESOLVEDs that Ordinance No. 39 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO LICENSE .AND REGULATE THE OCCUPATION OF <br />AUTOMOBILE WRECKING AND JUNKINGs PROVIDING r'OR POLICE <br />SUPERVISION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING PENAL'PIF,S FOR 7,'HE <br />VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE. <br />being the same and is hereby approved and adopted." <br />Ayes-3 Nays-0 <br />The resolution was adapted. <br />- 2 - <br />
